Other countries, such as China, Australia and New Zealand, have gone further and have tried to contain the virus: they introduced highly restrictive measures at the outset to try to cut all chains of transmission, thus impeding the propagation of SARS-CoV-2.
This is the case of Spain and the rest of the West.
